Room Leader (Level 3)
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join their team. The nursery offers a large outdoor play area, providing endless opportunities for adventure and exploration.
The successful candidate will lead their room to deliver high-quality care and education, creating a nurturing, stimulating and well‑organised environment for all children.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and Ofsted requirements
* Confident in leading a team and supporting staff development
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the daily running of the room and ensure high standards of care and education
* Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
* Ensure the safety, well‑being, and individual development of all children in the room
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to support their learning journey
* Support, mentor, and guide room staff to maintain excellent practice
* Build positive, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
