Compensation
* Days £16.00
* Nights £17.00
Schedule
* 4 on 4 off – ongoing work
* Often overtime available for 5th shift (time ½)
Responsibilities
* Store work – Splitting pallets involved
* 10-12 hour shifts
* 4 – 5 day assessment before starting solo
* Day 1 & 2 – induction, driving assessment
* Days 3-5 – job shadowing
