Salary up to £50,000 (DOE)
We’re looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic cost management team in Winchester. You’ll work on exciting projects across education, residential, and public sectors, while progressing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you’ll do:
* Manage costs from project inception to completion
* Prepare estimates, cost plans, and tender documents
* Advise clients on budgets, contracts, and procurement
* Provide robust cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to team success
What we’re looking for:
* Relevant degree in a quantity surveying, or similar, RICS accredited course.
* Working towards MRICS preferred but not essential
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Understanding of construction methodologies and building elements
* Sound knowledge of JCT & NEC Suite of Contracts
