Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising a small team, fostering a positive, welcoming environment
* Being a responsible key holder
* Using the till, taking orders, and processing payments
* Assisting with weekly bookkeeping and other duties
* Producing weekly rotas following managerial guidelines
* Placing stock orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels
* Delegating tasks and encouraging proactivity within the team
* Ensuring compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and customers
* Knowledge of legislation and compliance with staff policies regarding uniform, hygiene, health, and safety
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Well-groomed with pride in personal appearance
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
