This role offers the chance to work one-to-one and in small groups with pupils who need additional support to reach their full potential. The Role: Providing classroom support across all primary year groups, including Key Stage 1 and 2 Supporting pupils with additional needs, including learning difficulties and SEMH Assisting with individual learning programmes and adapting materials as required Encouraging positive relationships and helping children build confidence and resilience Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to monitor progress and set targets We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has a nurturing, patient, and proactive approach Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting children of all abilities Ideally has experience in a school or educational setting (although training will be provided) Understands the importance of safeguarding and child welfare Holds an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or is willing to apply for one) Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
