The ideal candidate will:
· Have experience and proven success within a franchised dealership (although transferable skills will be considered)
· Work in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership requirements
· Have excellent communication skills and be confident in liaising with customers via telephone, email and in-person
· Be IT Literate and confident using a PC and tablet
· Have strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
· Be a solution focused individual with a natural problem-solving aptitude
· Have excellent time management skills
· Be focused on delivering a first-class customer experience
You must hold a full UK Driving Licence
The successful candidate will benefit from;

· 22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (in lieu)
· Salary £19540k per year + competitive monthly commission structure
1 day off each week (mid-week), plus every other weekend off
