Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who need it.
* Help with classroom management to keep a positive learning atmosphere.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
* Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
* Contribute to school activities, events, and parent meetings.
Requirements
* Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school.
* A patient, caring, and encouraging approach to young learners.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus but not essential.
* A commitment to safeguarding children (an enhanced DBS check is required).
