You ll be the driving force on shift managing production flow, overseeing stock, allocating tasks, and jumping in when challenges arise (they always do). You ll make sure the right processes are followed, the right paperwork is done, and your team stays focused when things get hectic.

Who are we looking for?
An experienced Production Shift Manager or similar, ideally from a food manufacturing or similarly regulated environment. You ll understand the importance of hygiene, safety, and hitting output targets and you ll have the team leadership experience to keep things on track when things get tough.
Qualifications are helpful a relevant apprenticeship or management certificate would be great but it s your ability to lead people, fix problems, and keep the show on the road that really matters.
