Salary: NJC Grade E: £30,518 - £33,699 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)
Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Monday to Friday 8.30-15.30)
We are seeking to appoint a HLTA to start in January 2026, to work across all year groups.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who:
* Will be enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated to prepare and deliver lessons to individuals, groups and whole classes;
* Has relevant HLTA or equivalent qualifications or the desire to do so;
* Has experience in KS2 (desirable but not essential);
* Has an interest to work with SEND (desirable but not essential)
* Will work collaboratively with teaching staff and assist teachers in the whole curriculum planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources;
* Will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given solutions with integrity and compassion;
* Can inspire and motivate children and enable them to be the best that they can be;
* Has the ability to encourage every child to learn, aspire and achieve;
* Has enthusiasm, skill and desire to make a difference.
