About The Role
Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are vital for customer feedback and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
As a Delivery Driver, you will contribute to the overall success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties include:
1. Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
2. Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
3. Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity to the branch
4. Loading your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collecting customer returns as required
6. Performing daily vehicle checks and maintenance
7. Assisting in the warehouse when needed
8. Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries when required
Working hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays
About You
What you'll need to succeed:
* Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
* Good knowledge of the branch's mile radius
* Previous experience as a delivery driver
* Understanding of excellent customer service standards
* Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
* Customer-focused, driven, and willing to go the extra mile
