Quantity Surveyor - Small Works Location - Liverpool Salary/Package - £45,000 - £55,000 comprehensive package About the Company A well-established and growing construction and building services contractor delivering a wide range of refurbishment, maintenance, and small works projects across the North West. The Role As Quantity Surveyor - Small Works, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with operational teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong commercial control throughout the lifecycle of each scheme.
