Digital Designer
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented digital designer to join our expanding digital team. This position provides the opportunity to create bespoke graphics, assets and templates for CRM and Paid Media, as well as imagery and moving image for key marketing campaigns. The assets you create will be visible on a global scale.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver projects across digital channels from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to Primark brand guidelines and creatively pushing boundaries.
* Bring campaign imagery to life for editorial use, including cropping, artworking, creating GIFs and typographic overlays.
* Create graphical assets for email (including animated GIFs), paid media and web across all Primark departments.
* Maintain assets in a Digital Asset Management system in a structured and organized manner.
* Propose new ideas and concepts confidently.
* Collaborate with Paid teams to create digital marketing creatives for social media platforms to support campaigns.
* Support the Digital, Brand and Marketing teams to ensure creatives are aligned with brand look and feel across all platforms.
What You’ll Bring
* Degree in Art & Design, Graphic Design, or similar, with strong fundamental design skills and industry experience.
* Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Experience in email design (ideally Salesforce Content Builder or similar tools) and motion graphics/video editing across social media platforms.
* Creative problem‑solver with exceptional attention to detail, strong typography and layout skills, and a solid understanding of UI/UX design.
* Highly organized and proactive, able to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards in a fast‑paced environment.
* Customer‑focused with a keen eye for imagery and layout styles, demonstrating a can‑do attitude and strong problem‑solving abilities.
