Job Specification: Export Coordinator – Ocean & Air Freight
Location: Colchester | Full-time
Role Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Export Coordinator with 5+ years in freight forwarding, specialising in Air and Ocean exports. You’ll handle UK export shipments from start to finish, ensuring customs compliance and top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end UK Air & Ocean export shipments.
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and carriers.
* Ensure timely billing and invoicing.
* Work independently and manage multiple shipments efficiently.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in UK export freight forwarding.
* Solid understanding of UK customs procedures and CDS
* Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in logistics and invoicing software.
