Overview
We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu MG Beaconsfield. The role offers an industry leading basic salary of £30,000 plus an OTE of £36,000 and a fixed 40 hour working week across 5 days including Saturdays. We can be flexible and are open to discussing a range of working patterns to support work-life balance alongside customer demand.
Responsibilities
Our Sales Advisors support customers throughout their whole buying journey both online and in-store with a focus on delivering fantastic customer service. They are experts in helping with the little things, such as arranging test drives, advising on finance options, and selecting additional accessories. The role involves engaging with customers online, in-store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally, requiring good communication skills and effective use of technology. You will be with the customer every step of the way to ensure a great experience when purchasing a new car.
Requirements
Essential: Driving licence valid to drive in the UK and the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service. Experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales-led field is welcomed. If your application is successful, be prepared for standard employment checks (recent employment, address, and credit history) and possible criminal record and driving licence checks.
