About the Primary TA Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
2. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
3. Helping with classroom setup and administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
2. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
3. A flexible, proactive, and patient approach.
4. A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development.
5. Living in Stoke-On-Trent or can easily commute.
6. SEN experience is a bonus, but not essential.
