Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Commercial Real Estate portfolio. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding market presence across office, retail, and industrial assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within commercial real estate.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, landlords, developers, and brokers.
* Lead end-to-end deal execution including pitching, negotiations, and contract closures.
* Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
* Collaborate with leasing, sales, marketing, and asset management teams to deliver client solutions.
* Prepare business proposals, presentations, and financial models for prospective clients.
* Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets aligned with business objectives.
* Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
* Maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Business Development, or Sales.
* Strong understanding of office, retail, and industrial real estate markets.
* Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess market opportunities.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
