Travail Education are a friendly, family run Teacher Recruitment agency based in Grantham and we have been working closely with one of our partner schools on the outskirts of town for many years and have now been appointed to supply a suitably experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to help address cover requirements in the school.

The Primary school is set in a village location within a short distance of Grantham, the school is well run, has a positive working environment and continues to be rated as a GOOD School. Ideally the successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant can be flexible with their availability and have a range of classroom cover experience from EYFS to YR6, all planning is provided and there is a strong support network across the school.

All relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are considered from Level 1 to Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA's), what is key is your ability to manage a Primary classroom in the event of an absent teacher.

If you're an experienced Teaching Assistant / Higher Level Teaching Assistant with a calm and flexible approach then we have work for you! Suitably experienced Teaching Assistants will also be considered, all applications will be responded to!

All Higher Level Teaching Assistants who register with Travail Education will have 2 years professional references taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check on the Update Service and you will be required to attend a face to face registration in our Grantham office!

All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks in line with our safeguarding procedures and in line with KCSIE guidelines.
