Job Role: Legal Support Staff
Positions Available: Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Legal Cashiers, Paralegals
Location: Based in South Leicestershire - commutable from Nottingham, Hinckley, Leicester, and Nuneaton
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
Legal Assistants
Provide administrative and practical support to solicitors and fee earners
Manage files, prepare documents, and handle client correspondence
Perform general office duties to support the teamLegal Secretaries
Deliver high-quality secretarial and administrative support
Manage diaries, type documents, liaise with clients, and assist legal departments
Support smooth operation of case management and team workflowsLegal Cashiers
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including client and office accounts
Process payments, reconcile bank statements, and ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts RulesParalegals
Assist with legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case files
Support solicitors in progressing matters
Prior experience or relevant legal qualifications preferred
