As our UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across Vision Direct, Lensbest and Lenstore. You’ll combine creativity, technical expertise, and data-driven insights to design and optimise user journeys that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. This role is a hybrid role based in our High Street Kensington office in London.

What you’ll be doing
* Designing, prototyping, and validating optimised user journeys across multiple brands and markets.
* Leading A/B testing initiatives and leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
* Championing UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring consistency and measurable impact.
* Collaborating with developers, product owners, and analysts in Agile sprints to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Maintaining and evolving scalable UX frameworks to streamline workflows and enhance consistency.
* Creating responsive, accessible prototypes in Figma and embedding localisation and usability principles.
* Using AI‑driven tools to accelerate research and ideation, improving speed and quality.
* Translating user insights into design decisions that improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.
What you’ll need
* Strong portfolio showcasing commercially focused UX/UI design for e‑commerce.
* Expertise in user‑centred design methodologies and tools (Figma).
* Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
* Data‑informed approach to design, balancing creativity with business impact.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
