What to expect
The Banking Hub Delivery Specialist is a key member of the Banking Hub team, responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling the Post Office behaviours, and demonstrating an Operator first mindset. Acting as an advisor, the Banking Hub Delivery Specialist will demonstrate their expertise in Project delivery, following best practice across Banking Hubs. You will be required to live in one of the following locatons: East Midlands or Surrey/Hampshire border.
The Banking Hub Delivery Specialist will interface with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure Banking Hubs are opened on time. They will complete feasibility and cost scoping for potential locations, produce layout drawings, complete project plans and identify risks before communicating with stakeholders. They will act as a main point of contact for Banking Hub projects and take ownership of the end to end delivery for their opening within their region.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in Project Management ideally within a construction or fit-out related field: In addition you will possess:
• Experience in establishing successful, cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrable experience of leading on the delivery of project milestones to achieve key objectives
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation would be beneficial including Health & Safety, Construction Design Management (CDM), asbestos management, site management and the Equality Act, with the ability to articulate and apply each in the branch network environment
• Ideally you will have relevant certifications including PRINCE2/Agile (project delivery), Prosci/CMAP (change management)
