We're growing fast and are investing heavily in our technology. As part of this next phase, we're building a robust development team and are looking for talented Full Stack PHP Developers to join us.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Full Stack Developer at I-Fulfilment, you'll work on high-impact projects that drive efficiency and scalability across our platform. You'll be part of a collaborative, agile team, contributing to quarterly projects that align with business priorities.
From designing robust back-end services to delivering polished, user-friendly front-end experiences, you'll play a key role in translating business needs into high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the development team.
* Planning, organising, and overseeing the execution of software development projects.
* Conducting code reviews, establishing coding standards, and ensuring high-quality code across BladePRO.
* Working with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to understand project requirements and communicate technical details.
* Mentoring junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment, and supporting team member growth.
* Identifying and resolving technical issues, debugging software, and ensuring quarterly projects stay on track.
* Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in software development for PHP
Skills Required:
Tech Stack Requirements:
* Proficient in the PHP programming language. Experience using Laravel or a similar frameworks
* A good understanding of Typescript and the benefits of its type system.
* Experience developing frontends using a modern frontend JavaScript framework such as Angular, React or VueJS. We use Angular so experience with this framework is a bonus, but we can provide additional training if required.
* Confident reading and writing complex SQL statements to get the optimum performance out of the system where required.
Technical Skills:
* Understanding of software development principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and tools.
* Proficiency in one or more programming languages, depending on the team's needs, minimum 5 years experience
* Understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and scalability.
* Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms including GCP and technologies.
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Skills:
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate technical concepts, and lead a team.
* Analytical thinking, ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
* Providing guidance, support, and training to junior developers.
* Planning, organising, and managing development projects
* Shadow Engineering Manager across BladePRO and deputise for them where appropriate
Working Pattern
Minimum four days on site, one day remote, with flexible hours between 7am and 7pm.
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (FTE) - Dependent on experience
