Role: D2C Fulfilment & Operations Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented D2C Fulfilment & Operations Manager to support day-to-day logistics and fulfilment across multiple channels. Reporting into the Head of Logistics & Operations, this role will play a key part in ensuring smooth order flow across D2C, TikTok, EU shipments, and retail fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
D2C Fulfilment
* Manage daily order flow across D2C channels
* Ensure accurate and timely order processing and dispatch
* Monitor fulfilment performance and resolve issues quickly
Systems & Reporting
* Use LinkWorks (or similar systems) to manage orders and logistics data
* Maintain accurate records and generate operational reports
* Support data tracking across fulfilment and logistics performance
TikTok & Ecommerce Operations
* Support fulfilment and logistics for TikTok Shop orders
* Coordinate stock allocation across sales channels
* Assist with scaling new and emerging ecommerce channels
EU Logistics & Exports
* Coordinate EU shipments and export documentation
* Ensure compliance with customs and VAT requirements
* Work with logistics partners to ensure smooth cross-border delivery
Retail Fulfilment Support
* Assist with retail and wholesale order processing
* Coordinate deliveries to retail partners and distributors
* Ensure accuracy in order quantities, labelling, and timelines
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in D2C fulfilment or ecommerce operations
* Familiarity with logistics systems (e.g. LinkWorks or similar)
* Understanding of EU shipping, exports, and documentation
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
