What You’ll Do: We are looking for 2 Recruitment Coordinators to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role you will coordinate the full recruitment process from advertising vacancies, conducting screening, arranging interviews, issuing offers, and initiating DBS checks ensuring a professional candidate experience at every stage of the process. You should be able to confidently use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and screen CV's, along with moving candidates effectively through all stages of the process. Alongside this, you will provide administrative support including interview note taking, maintaining recruitment reports, updating trackers, and sending correspondence. Working with hiring managers across Brendoncare, you will ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process and an outstanding candidate experience. About you: This is an excellent opportunity for an existing recruitment coordinator or someone with experience in a HR admin role who is looking for development in the recruitment area. You should be confident in communication at all levels and thrive in a high-pressured environment.
