Your role
1. Providing peace of mind for all residents by carrying out security checks throughout the night and checking on all buildings and residents
2. Expertly supporting customers with personal care, such as washing, dressing, bathing and hygiene
3. Administering medication
4. Responding to calls should a resident need support in an emergency
5. Conducting bed calls and morning calls to a high standard
6. Working to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
7. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
Your skills
8. Experience delivering personal care is helpful but not essential
9. Kind, caring and compassionate nature
10. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
11. Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs
12. Strong organisational skills
13. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
14. Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
