About the role We have an excellent internal opportunity to join the CBS Application Team for a 12 month maternity cover. As the CBS Team Member you will be a key member within a dedicated team of application specialists for the implementation of the CBS application across our packaging sites. Typically a CBS Team Member is associated with a specific expertise area within the application and makes sure the current functionalities are known and properly utilised. It is also expected that you will, as CBS Team Member, work together with his/her counterparts in other regional teams that are associated with the same expertise area in order to have a joined-up approach across the packaging division. These areas are defined as; Reporting and Data Warehouse Product Engineering Sales and Logistics Integrations Manufacturing Execution Whenever new business processes need to be introduced that require changes within the application you will ensure a proper change request specification is discussed and agreed with all relevant business partners before it is submitted for sizing and cost agreement. This role does require you to be flexible in terms of travel to sites, working out of normal office hours and staying away from home if required. Key responsibilities: Support the plants efficiently with their day to day support questions coming in via the service portal by providing a timely response to these and if needed engage with vendor support teams to resolve issues at hand. Document (new) functionalities in such a way they can be trained to the end users of the CBS application. Contribute to the testing and implementation of new software releases. Ensure a proper Change Management process is followed when changes are implemented. Train users on the application specific workflows supporting the agreed processes. Proactively manage risks, devise contingency plans and troubleshoot problems. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and methods within the expertise area assigned. Help to build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the CBS application and its supporting teams. About You A broad understanding of all areas of IT, with knowledge of the CBS application Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations Ability to influence and elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources Ability to make sound and logical judgments Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience Driver license (B)
