Monitor and analyse CRM performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement lead nurturing and retention strategies. * Maintain accurate documentation and SOPs to ensure smooth onboarding and operational efficiency. What do you need as CRM & Automation Manager? * Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM and automation platforms. * Strong technical understanding of CRM integrations, API connections, and workflow automation. * A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and processes. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client requests.
