HR and Training Manager
Our client, a global engineering leader, is looking for an HR and Training Manager to shape people strategy and build a culture of growth across its diverse workforce.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing an HR team responsible for transactional HR services.
* Designing, delivering and embedding a staff training programme that is aligned to business goals.
* Advising and supporting line-manager and internal stakeholders regarding HR policies, procedures and best practice.
* Ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and support diversity, equity and inclusion across the organisation.
* Oversee HR systems and employee records.
Skills and experience required:
* CIPD Level 7 qualification.
* Proven experience in a frontline Human Resources role – ideally within a manufacturing, engineering or scientific environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
