Due to the continued growth and success across our ServiceNow business, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an additional Solution Leader to join the UK ServiceNow sales team. The successful applicant will be responsible for helping Computacenter accelerate its ServiceNow offerings and support the ServiceNow Sales team to qualify and understand customers' business challenges, build solutions that meet their needs, and create proposals that outline Computacenter's ServiceNow solutions & services.


What you'll do

1. Drive ServiceNow campaigns into wider Computacenter customer strategy
2. Own the product relationship with a number of strategic customers, supporting the development of further opportunities with a long-term growth outlook.
3. Engage consultatively with senior customer stakeholders to understand key challenges and objectives, providing leadership on how ServiceNow can unlock value.
4. Articulate how ServiceNow fits into the broader technology landscape to enhance experience and support transformation to future ways of working.
5. Advise on all aspects required to enable successful ServiceNow transformations, including strategy and capability roadmaps, internal capability construction, governance models, alignment with operating models, and enablement & engagement requirements.
6. Own sales enablement messaging and content related to our ServiceNow strategy within our Sector Sales teams, collaborating with ServiceNow specialists.
7. Maintain industry awareness and leverage market knowledge to inform Computacenter's ServiceNow strategy.
8. Work closely with ServiceNow delivery teams to ensure project delivery aligns with customer strategy.
9. Contribute to strategic thinking and medium-term strategic direction within Computacenter's ServiceNow offerings.
10. Collaborate with Business Lines to develop cross-functional solution offerings.
11. Participate in internal initiatives and serve as a motivating role model, supporting and coaching less experienced team members.
12. Engage with ServiceNow's Solution and Product owners to gain insight into new developments and opportunities for innovative solutions.
13. Collaborate with ServiceNow industry teams to enhance alignment with shared customers.
14. Promote Computacenter's capabilities to Partner and Sales teams.
15. Represent Computacenter at industry events as the ServiceNow Lead Authority in key markets.
16. Create externally facing thought leadership collateral.


Requirements

* Strong background in leading and implementing multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, especially core applications underpinning IT Workflow.
* Strong leadership skills, capable of taking a leading role confidently and credibly in new environments.
* Advanced relationship-building skills, with experience engaging CxO and Director level customers.
* Advanced consulting and project delivery experience, particularly with large, complex implementations.
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* Excellent work methods, multitasking, and time management skills.
* Self-driven with a strong work ethic, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
* Skills in business process analysis and a proven ability to work effectively under heavy workloads.
* Team player capable of working collaboratively with others.
