Job Title: PPC ManagerLocation: Leeds (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)Type: Full-timeSalary: £35,000–£45,000 DOEReports to: Head of Digital / Performance Marketing ManagerAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a PPC Manager to take ownership of paid search and paid media performance across multiple campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about driving measurable results through PPC.You’ll manage campaigns end to end — from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting — and play a key role in growing acquisition and ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, build, and optimise PPC campaigns across:Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)Microsoft Ads (Bing)Paid Social channels where relevant (Meta, LinkedIn)Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategiesMonitor and optimise performance daily to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion ratesManage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spendImplement and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixelsRun A/B tests across ads, keywords, audiences, and landing pagesProduce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendationsCollaborate with SEO, content, and wider marketing teams to align campaignsStay up to date with PPC best practices, platform updates, and industry trendsRequired Skills & Experience2–5+ years of hands-on PPC experienceStrong experience with Google Ads (essential)Experience with Microsoft Ads and/or Paid Social platformsProven track record of improving campaign performance and ROIConfident analysing data and making optimisation decisionsExperience using GA4 and Google Tag ManagerStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveAgency backgroundE-commerce or lead generation experiencePaid Social experience (Meta or LinkedIn)Experience managing larger monthly budgets (£10k+)Google Ads certificationsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance bonusHybrid working from our Leeds officeClear progression and development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team cultureTraining budget and certificationsModern office with great transport links in Leeds
