Solicitor/Associate – Oil & Gas Sector (3+ PQE)

Role Overview
You will support a highly regarded Oil & Gas team, contributing to a broad range of legal work including:
1. Upstream operational contracts (JOAs, transportation, decommissioning)
2. Field development agreements
3. M&A due diligence and transaction support
4. Service sector contracts (drilling, seismic, offshore construction, EPCs)
5. Regulatory advice
6. Industry briefings and legal updates
7. Business development and client engagement
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for lawyers with:
8. Minimum 3 years PQE in Oil & Gas law
9. Strong communication and analytical skills
10. Commercial awareness and legal acumen
11. A collaborative, proactive approach
12. Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
13. Interest in contributing to business development and sector growth
