Lead and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies across B2C and B2B channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Support a strong internal communications culture and ensure alignment across digital and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise digital platforms (website, app, intranet), ensuring a seamless user experience
* Deliver SEO/ASO initiatives and improve digital performance
* Develop and execute social media and content strategies
* Oversee brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints
* Lead internal communications to drive employee engagement
* Support business development with marketing materials, bids, and lead generation tools
* Plan and deliver campaigns, events, and stakeholder communications
* Manage third-party agencies and suppliers
* Monitor performance, budgets, and ROI of marketing activity
* Produce regular reporting on marketing performance and insights

Requirements
Education & Skills
* Degree-level education in marketing or related field
* Strong digital marketing and platform management experience
* Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
* High level of IT literacy
Experience
* Background in marketing within a service-led or operational environment
* Experience with CMS platforms and digital tools (desirable)
