Fabricator / TIG WelderManufacturing / Factory-Based RoleAn established UK manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems is seeking a skilled Fabricator / TIG Welder to join its factory team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist engineering environment producing high-quality stainless steel and sheet metal products for commercial applications.About the RoleYou will be responsible for the fabrication and TIG welding of a range of commercial ventilation components, including service distribution units, canopies, ventilated ceilings, and pollution control units. Working with materials such as Zintec, stainless steel, and aluminium, you will play a key role in delivering precision-built components to a consistently high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesSetting up TIG welding machines to meet specific project requirementsReading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentationFabricating and welding components accurately and to specificationProducing high-quality finished work with strong attention to detailWorking to agreed production timescales and deadlinesCollaborating effectively with colleagues across the factory floorAdhering to all health & safety policies and proceduresWillingness to work overtime occasionally, in line with business needsAbout YouYou will be a motivated and detail-focused individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for quality manufacturing.
