Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits
Our client is a UKAS accredited Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, with a growing presence in the South East of England. They hold a sterling reputation within the industry and are looking for an equally professional Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team. Preferably, candidates will have strong client-facing skills and must hold all relevant P certifications (or RSPH equivalent certificates). Experience / Qualifications:
- Must hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalents)
- Existing experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a UKAS accredited company
- Robust UKAS, HSG 264 and HSG 248 knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Professional manner
The Role:
- Undertaking asbestos surveys, including Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys
- Conducting 4 stage clearances
- Carrying out personal, smoke, background, reassurance and leak air testing
- Producing detailed survey and analytical reports
- Overseeing compliance across asbestos removal projects
- Working across removals projects of varying sizes
- Meeting with clients on site to discuss findings and provide bespoke technical advice
- Maintaining high standards of service
- Building rapport with clients
