Role Description
This is a full-time, maternity leave cover, on-site role located in Royton, Oldham for a Payroll Administrator and Personal Assistant (PA). The role involves preparation and completion of weekly, monthly and 4 weekly payroll, assisting the payroll processes, ensuring payroll tax compliance, resolving all customer queries in a timely manner in line with company policy and escalating complex queries where applicable, overseeing employee benefits, and assisting with various accounting tasks. As a PA, the role will also include administrative support responsibilities, coordinating schedules, and assisting the management team with day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer service, payroll and administration.
* Knowledge of Employee Benefits and their management
* Some knowledge of pensions and CIS would be advantageous.
* Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and good numeracy skills is required.
* Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in an office environment and adapt to varying priorities
* Familiarity with payroll software and accounting tools
