Support post-sale activities including technical training, troubleshooting, and ongoing client support. Skills Proven experience in B2B sales within a technical or engineering environment. HNC/HND or mechanical apprenticeship is desired but not essential. Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and develop customised solutions. Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales processes effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
