Swali Investments is on the hunt for a Property Management Specialist to join our head office in Birmingham City Centre office!
In this role you'll oversee both residential and commercial properties, manage lease agreements, handle tenancy documents, and serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers and clients handling everything from A-Z.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:
* Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and property management companies.
* Assist with the marketing and advertising of available properties.
Administrative Support:
* Manage the diary and schedule of the Director or assigned team members.
* Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Maintain accurate records and databases related to property management.
Client Relations:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and property professionals.
* Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
* Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding property management activities.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience within an administrative/property management role is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with third parties.
