Part-time, two days per week, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM on Monday & Tuesday, with a half-hour lunch break.
About the Company:
We are a small firm based in Cornwall’s heartlands, specializing in designing and manufacturing. Our team of 22 includes designers, surveyors, fabricators, and fitters, all located at our Pool site. We pride ourselves on high-quality products and are known for handling complex projects others decline.
Main Purpose of Role:
* Provide administrative support to the team.
* Serve as the first point of contact via telephone and for showroom visitors.
Main Duties:
* Assist with administrative tasks.
* Handle telephone inquiries courteously and confidently.
* Greet visitors, provide refreshments if needed.
* Show products to customers, enter leads into the database, and pass on lead details promptly.
* Help prepare customer quotations.
* Assist with contract processing and ordering.
* Coordinate leads and quotations.
* Process customer card payments.
* Maintain filing systems, both digital and paper.
* Update in-house databases.
* Support marketing activities.
* Help prepare for events.
* Order and manage stock and stationery supplies.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post.
* Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Relevant qualifications or experience.
* GCSE/GCE English & Maths grades A-C, or equivalent qualification.
* Proficient in IT, especially Excel and Word.

Reporting Line:
* Office Manager/PA to Directors.
* Training will be provided in-house.
