The Opportunity
We’re looking for Learning Support Assistants who are committed, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people with complex SEMH needs.
As a key part of our team, you’ll:
1. Work 1:1 with pupils to support their learning and development
2. Assist in preparing and delivering engaging classroom and outdoor activities
3. Respond to pupils’ emotional and physical needs with compassion and professionalism
4. Play a central role in helping pupils overcome challenges and celebrate successes

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll need to bring:
5. GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
6. A Full UK Driving Licence (our rural location makes this essential)
7. A flexible, caring and proactive approach to working with young people
8. A strong sense of teamwork and willingness to get involved in all areas of school life
