Overview
Senior Mental Health Practitioner (Registered Mental Health Nurse) role at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. Band 6 post within our Recovery Team in Cirencester. 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm, five days a week.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality mental health care as part of a multi-disciplinary Recovery Team in Cirencester, delivering care across urban and rural areas of South Gloucestershire.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key partner agencies to better integrate services.
* Work in a high-pressure environment and contribute to the development of a high-quality mental health service.
* Collaborate with specialists from other professions to support adults with serious mental illness.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Registered mental health qualification and post-registration experience at Band 5 or above.
* Evidence of continual professional development.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for helping those experiencing mental health issues.
