An exciting client-side Project Management role based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire, working for one of the largest owners of private residential properties in the UK.
This role is highly appealing for construction project managers, offering the opportunity to work with a client with a successful business model that provides continuity of work for 10+ years.
This is a client-side position, working directly for a major residential property owner in the UK.
Typical projects involve refurbishment and some new build of residential properties.
As Project Manager, you will support the Senior Project Manager in monitoring, managing, and reporting on projects.
The successful candidate will be based in Bedfordshire with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week.
Travel across the UK to sites will be required; a driving license and car are essential.
Responsibilities and Duties

Project Management:
* Oversee projects from start to final sales, including all related tasks
* Coordinate with Estimator and Technical team on specifications and contractual documentation
* Report regularly to the Senior Project Manager on programme, quality, and risks
* Manage pre-start and review meetings with contractors
* Ensure build programmes and handover schedules are accurate and up-to-date
* Oversee post-completion activities and site handovers
* Maintain quality standards across projects
* Assist in budget and financial validation processes
* Validate contractor payments and contract variations
* Ensure project presentation standards are maintained
* Coordinate with sales and marketing on design and specifications
Health & Safety:
* Implement and monitor health and safety policies
* Ensure staff awareness of safety obligations
* Participate in safety training and consultations
Training & Development:
* Identify personal training needs
* Stay informed on company-wide issues relevant to the role
* Contribute to team operations and interactions
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
* A BSc in Construction or related discipline is preferred
