Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
* Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to maximize plant availability.
* Supervise contractors and manage CMMS records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Lead continuous improvement projects and participate in the emergency call-out rota.
Requirements
* Possess a relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering (e.g., C&G/NVQ/ONC/HNC).
* Have at least 5 years' experience in heavy-process maintenance (power, marine, petro-chem, CHP etc.).
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of rotating equipment and steam systems.
* Show a proactive and safety-focused attitude, with eligibility to work in the UK.
