FT Recruitment is working with a global energy business looking to add a Payroll Administrator to its fast-paced payroll team. This position is responsible for processing payrolls across various offices, locations and sites. Key duties: Process payrolls from start to finish in a timely manner. Process weekly & month payrolls (invoice collation & timesheet processing) Process payments in line with different pay agreements. Process new starts and leavers along with any necessary termination benefits. Compute and disburse occupational sick pay, SMP, SPP, and SSP. Respond to payroll inquiries in a timely and courteous manner. Create reports for different business departments. Candidates must have previous payroll experience, ideally within a multi-currency environment, and be comfortable with processing payroll from start to finish.
