We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our fun and friendly tills team. As the last point of contact for our customers, we rely on you to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive and lasting impression. This position is based on a ZERO HOUR CONTRACT.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Overseeing general operations of the tills
* Handling cash transactions accurately
* Assisting customers face-to-face with their enquiries
* Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the till areas
Providing support in other areas of the business as needed
Key Skills and Competencies:
* You are enthusiastic and approachable
* You are willing to develop and learn
* Good customer service skills
* Previous experience within retail is beneficial, but not a requirement
