Job Description: Complex Care Manager

Salary: Up to £50,000
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee our Supportive Living service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex care and supportive living, with a good understanding of CQC and PBS approaches. Key responsibilities include managing budgets and rotas, overseeing cluster managers, and leading audits, compliance, and safeguarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Supportive Living service.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and implement PBS approaches.
- Manage budgets, rotas, and oversee cluster managers.
