This role is on a permanent basis and is fully site-based. Are you a Quality Inspector with strong welding knowledge, looking to join a well-established manufacturing business in a varied role, with the ability to increase your earnings through overtime, and have the potential for ongoing development? Do you have hands-on shop floor experience and the ability to read drawings, inspect welds, and ensure products meet high engineering standards? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading freight wagon manufacturer, where youll play a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement across production. The Company: We are working with a market-leading UK manufacturer in the rail freight sector, with over 100 years of engineering heritage. The business specialises in wagon design, manufacturing, and maintenance, and continues to invest in innovation and quality across its operations. The Role: This role is for a Quality Inspector with a strong bias towards welding inspection and shop floor quality control. You will be responsible for ensuring that products, components, and assemblies meet internal standards and customer requirements, supporting both in-process and final inspection activities.
