Paid Media Account Director
Location: Central London (2 days per week, hybrid)
Type: Full-time
We are seeking a Paid Media Account Director who can blend strategic vision with executional excellence to lead multi-platform campaigns that convert, scale, and outperform. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data, a deep understanding of retail & ecommerce dynamics, and a drive to innovate. This role offers an opportunity to lead a high-performing paid media function within a fast-growing brand.
We are a fast-paced, digitally native retail & ecommerce brand experiencing rapid growth across multiple markets. Our marketing team is central to our expansion, emphasizing experimentation, performance, and collaboration. With ambitious objectives and a loyal customer base, we are looking for someone to elevate our paid media strategies.
Responsibilities include:
* Owning and evolving the full-funnel paid media strategy across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels
* Managing and optimizing large-scale budgets for global campaigns
* Translating data into actionable insights for creative, media mix, and customer journey optimization
* Building and leading a high-performing paid media team or managing external partners
* Collaborating with creative teams to test, analyze, and refine ad content
* Developing strategic reports and presenting insights to leadership
* Identifying new growth opportunities and testing innovative paid channels
* Ensuring robust attribution, tracking infrastructure, and ROAS reporting
* Staying informed about platform trends, privacy updates, and consumer behavior shifts
Qualifications:
* 6+ years of hands-on paid media experience in ecommerce, retail, or DTC environments
* Proven track record of scaling paid media accounts with significant commercial impact
* Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok
* Deep understanding of performance data, attribution, and optimization techniques
* Strategic thinking with the ability to get into granular details when needed
* Experience managing media budgets at multi-six or seven-figure levels annually
* Leadership experience in managing or mentoring teams and stakeholders
* Knowledge of Shopify, GA4, and analytics tools is preferred
