A growing organisation is enhancing its digital capability and seeking a Product Owner to help shape and deliver high-value digital services. This role suits someone who can balance product strategy with hands‑on Agile delivery and is confident working with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams.
Role Overview :
As Product Owner, youll manage and prioritise the product backlog, and define a clear vision and roadmap. You'll translate complex requirements into deliverable user stories, drive continuous improvement using data and feedback, and ensure teams stay aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
* Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value
* Define product goals, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
* Liaise between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
* Translate requirements into clear user stories and iterative deliverables
* Monitor performance and drive ongoing optimisation
* Lead supplier relationships and hold partners to account
* Support Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
* Promote best practice across frameworks such as GDAD, ITIL 4, and security‑by‑design
