Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science discipline Skills:
Min 5 years of experience with depth knowledge dealing and approving product/BOM, SKU
Min 2 years of product project management, working closely with Head of Product and Head of Marketing/Marketing Managers
Min 2 years of product project management, working closely with Head of Product and Head of Marketing/Marketing Managers
Have leadership skills with influential power, with at least 1 years experience working closely with Head of Product and Head of Marketing/Marketing Managers
Active in suggesting potential ways to improve efficiency
Proven records in driving solutions towards upper management team
Product Management: Work closely with Category team and Commercial team to define SKU Portfolio/range, then manage the SKUs in SKU databases/systems
Work closely with the Product Category Heads and accountable on the SKU range of the product category (range confirmation from creation to obsolescence, SKU SOP delivery and SKU data management
Project Management: manage risk/issue/opportunity - review with teams and manage meeting cadence to be able to flag the R/I/O timely and effectively to the Category Leadership team and SKU Management Leadership team.
Lead change project at team level to improve efficiency.
People Management: Manage a team of product engineers and project managers to deliver the above responsibilities, e.g. resource planning, performance management.
