Your day-to-day
As Director Revenue Operations for Europe, you drive strategic planning and execution for the European commercial organisation, driving annual and long-term planning processes, including territory planning and quota setting. You will leverage data to improve performance, optimizing processes for account managers, and design sales strategies tailored to SMB (Small and Medium-sized Business), Partner and Enterprise customer segments. You will be the connective tissue between product, sales, marketing, and GTM, driving alignment on initiatives, product deployment and customer experience improvements. Finally, you will partner very closely with the regional senior leadership team to define strategy, establish management cadences, and ensure seamless execution of revenue operations initiatives. Furthermore, you will:
Revenue Operations and Optimization
1. Optimize GTM processes end-to-end, including lead routing, funnel optimization, and sales strategies.
2. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for account management to enable deeper merchant engagement, merchant health tracking and the identification of growth opportunities
3. Institutionalize a data-backed discipline that enhances pipeline accuracy, identifies leading indicators of growth, and supports scalable execution across segments and geographies
Performance Management and Reporting
4. Lead the creation, delivery, and presentation of metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
5. Deliver granular analytics on sales channel and portfolio performance, win/loss trends, and customer health to inform strategic bets and resource allocation.
6. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Provide routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management on business development initiatives and sales segment performance.
Sales Support Systems and Processes
8. Codify best practices across lead management, deal progression, and onboarding - leveraging automation to drive consistency and reduce cycle time. Manage the operations for deal desk, Salesforce hygiene and identify and implement operational improvements.
Leadership and Collaboration
9. Build and scale a high-performing regional RevOps team to be a transformation partner, supporting business growth and operational excellence.
What you need to bring
You’ll have extensive experience in a senior leadership role in Sales/Revenue Operations, or related fields, including managing large, complex organisations and teams. You bring:
10. Strong business acumen with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead data-driven analyses, and drive measurable results.
11. Demonstrated expertise in business process design and driving operational excellence across cross-functional teams.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
13. Proven success in forecasting, pipeline management, and supporting quota and compensation planning and execution.
14. Ability to lead change management initiatives and align cross-functional efforts with overall organizational objectives.
