Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Stokesley focuses on New Business Development Manager, with a starting salary of £45k plus UNCAPPED commission. The successful candidate will actively identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, managing new accounts, and strategizing to achieve and exceed sales targets. This is an opportunity to work with a collaborative team while directly contributing to the success and growth of the organization.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Development
* Strong skills in Business Planning and Sales
* Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and on-site environment
* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools is beneficial

Salary/Working Hours
* £45,000 basic salary + highly competitive commission structure
* 25 holidays per annum plus bank holidays
* 10am - 5pm at our Stokesley HQ
